Terms of service

Clear rules for using Linkd.

These Terms govern the Linkd website, account dashboard, public pages, lead forms, analytics, custom domains, QR sharing, paid plans, and related services operated by Code Wize Technologies LLC.

Effective July 29, 2026

1. Agreement and operator

Linkd is operated by Code Wize Technologies LLC ("Linkd," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, joining a workspace, purchasing a plan, publishing a page, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you use Linkd for a business, organization, client, or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. In that case, "you" includes both you and that entity.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to create or control a Linkd account.

  • Provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current.
  • Protect your password, passkeys, recovery codes, and two-factor authentication methods.
  • Notify us promptly if you believe your account or workspace has been accessed without permission.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for people you invite to a workspace.

3. What Linkd provides

Linkd lets customers create and publish branded personal or business pages containing profile information, images, links, social profiles, embedded media, contact details, lead forms, QR codes, custom-domain routing, white-label settings, and analytics. Workspaces may include multiple users or pages depending on the selected plan.

Features, limits, analytics history, page capacity, link capacity, lead capacity, seats, embeds, and branding controls vary by plan. Current plan descriptions shown in the Service form part of these Terms. We may improve, replace, or discontinue features, but we will not retroactively charge you without notice.

4. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of the text, images, logos, links, files, domains, form copy, and other material you submit or configure ("Customer Content"). You grant Linkd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display Customer Content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for Customer Content and that publishing or processing it through Linkd does not violate any law, contract, privacy right, publicity right, trademark, copyright, or other right.

5. Public pages, links, embeds, and custom domains

Linkd pages are public by design unless disabled. Anyone with the page URL or custom domain may view the content and follow its links. You are solely responsible for checking where your links, embeds, social profiles, downloadable files, and calls to action lead.

Third-party websites and embedded services are not controlled by Linkd. Their availability, content, tracking, security, and terms are the responsibility of their operators. Custom domains remain subject to your registrar, DNS provider, certificate, and domain-renewal obligations. We may suspend a custom domain or public page if ownership cannot be verified, routing creates risk, or the associated plan no longer includes the feature.

6. Lead forms and customer privacy duties

Page owners can configure lead forms to collect selected fields such as name, email address, phone number, message, and consent. The page owner decides which fields to request, why the data is collected, who receives it, how long it is kept, and whether a customer-configured webhook receives a copy.

You agree to:

  • Collect only information reasonably needed for a legitimate purpose.
  • Provide any notices and obtain any consent required by applicable law.
  • Use lead data only for the disclosed purpose and protect it from unauthorized access.
  • Honor lawful access, correction, deletion, opt-out, and other privacy requests.
  • Not use Linkd to collect passwords, full payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, protected health information, or similarly sensitive data.
  • Ensure every webhook destination is controlled by you or an authorized service provider and is configured securely.

Linkd processes lead submissions for the page owner. We do not verify a page owner's business, claims, response time, or use of submitted information.

7. Analytics and third-party analytics

Linkd records page views and link or social clicks using pseudonymous visitor identifiers, referrer domains, approximate location supplied by infrastructure providers, browser, operating system, device type, date, and aggregate counts. Plan-based history and reporting limits may apply.

Eligible page owners may add their own Google Analytics or Fathom site identifier. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. You are responsible for any notice, consent banner, or configuration required for analytics you add.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use Linkd to create, publish, promote, facilitate, or link to content or activity that:

  • Is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, or intended to scam or mislead.
  • Phishes for credentials, distributes malware, bypasses security, or interferes with systems or networks.
  • Impersonates another person, business, brand, or government entity without authorization.
  • Infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or contractual rights.
  • Threatens, harasses, exploits, stalks, or promotes hatred or violence against a person or protected group.
  • Sexually exploits minors, depicts non-consensual intimate material, facilitates trafficking, or promotes illegal sexual services.
  • Sells or facilitates illegal goods, controlled substances, weapons, or dangerous services.
  • Sends spam, manipulates traffic or analytics, operates deceptive redirects, or abuses lead forms.
  • Attempts to probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to Linkd or another user's data.

You may not resell access to the Service except through a plan expressly intended for client or agency use. Agency and team features do not make Linkd the employer, agent, or partner of any workspace member or client.

9. Reports, review, and enforcement

Anyone may submit a Report Abuse form. We may review public pages, Customer Content, account activity, and relevant technical records to investigate a report, comply with law, protect users, or enforce these Terms.

We may remove content, disable a page or custom domain, restrict a workspace, preserve evidence, request more information, or suspend or terminate access. We may act without advance notice when reasonably necessary to prevent harm, fraud, security risk, legal exposure, or continued violations. Submission of a report does not guarantee removal or a particular outcome.

10. Paid plans, renewals, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the monthly or annual schedule selected at checkout. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless the checkout states otherwise, and applicable taxes may be added.

You authorize Linkd and Stripe to charge the payment method associated with the workspace. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless stated otherwise. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated by Linkd.

If payment fails, a plan expires, or a workspace exceeds its current limits, we may restrict paid features, prevent new submissions or content, or return the workspace to the Free plan. We will not intentionally delete Customer Content solely because of an immediate downgrade, but continued retention is not guaranteed after account termination or a reasonable remediation period.

11. Our intellectual property

Linkd, its software, designs, branding, documentation, and all related intellectual property are owned by Code Wize Technologies LLC or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service while your account remains in good standing. They do not transfer ownership of the Service to you.

If you submit feedback or suggestions, you permit us to use them without restriction or compensation, provided we do not identify you publicly without permission.

12. Availability and changes

We work to keep Linkd available and secure, but the Service may experience maintenance, outages, internet failures, third-party failures, or changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent availability of any public URL, delivery of every email or webhook, or preservation of every analytics event.

Beta, preview, migration, or complimentary features may change or end at any time. We may update these Terms as the Service or law changes. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and, when appropriate, communicated through the Service or email.

13. Suspension, termination, and deletion

You may stop using Linkd at any time and may delete an account or workspace through available settings, subject to ownership, billing, legal-hold, and team-member requirements. Deleting an account can permanently remove associated resources and cannot be undone.

We may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, security risk, legal requirement, abuse, repeated violations, or conduct that threatens Linkd, users, visitors, or third parties. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute terms—will survive.

14. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINKD DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE.

LINKD DOES NOT ENDORSE OR VERIFY CUSTOMER CONTENT, PAGE OWNERS, LINKS, LEADS, EMBEDS, CLAIMS, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BACKUPS OF INFORMATION YOU CANNOT AFFORD TO LOSE.

15. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINKD AND CODE WIZE TECHNOLOGIES LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS, OR OPPORTUNITIES, EVEN IF ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES ARE POSSIBLE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LINKD FOR THE AFFECTED SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) $100. THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Linkd, Code Wize Technologies LLC, and their owners, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your Customer Content, your pages or domains, your use of lead data, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

17. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and each party consents to their jurisdiction and venue. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence remain unaffected where they cannot be waived.

18. General terms

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Linkd concerning the Service unless a separate written agreement applies. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

Questions about these Terms may be sent to hello@linkd.page.
